As part of the launch of its IceBat cold storage solutions in the UK, Pure Thermal and fafco organised a technical seminar on 18 March 2025 at the Institute of Engineering & Technology (IET) Savoy Place, London (UK). The event covered the technical and application aspects of thermal cold storage, as well as the needs of the market in the context of the energy transition underway in this market. The need to find solutions for flexibility, resilience, carbon savings and bill reduction are crucial issues. The technical and application teams from Fafco and Pure Thermal were able to present case studies, details of storage system design, application advice and a full technical briefing on IceBat’s European applications.
